Update V2.5

Hey Designers!

I woke up this morning and realized It Is December 3rd.. 2021 Is almost over, and It's unbelievable how FAST this year went by! I barely remember anything from March until like, September. First and foremost, I hope you all are safe, healthy and your business Is flourishing!

With that said- this update brings new and amazing things as well as the general bug squashes.

🪰BUG FIXES:

  • Fixed an Issue where users could not add a manual payment to an Invoice that had a credit note attached to It.
  • Fixed an Issue where customer signatures were not showing up on PDF estimate.
  • Fixed an Issue where purchase orders could not be deleted from project side.
  • Fixed an Issue where designer's could not add services to the project side Invoices or estimates.
  • Fixed a Google Calendar connection Issue that prevented events going from Google to Indema.
  • Fixed client-side task popup layout.
  • Fixed an Issue where tax was being added to shipping costs. No longer does this.
  • Fixed an Issue where editing client details would not save In the system.
  • Fixed an Issue where admin name change would not save.
  • Fixed an Issue where project templates would duplicate new projects.
  • Fixed an Issue where the clipper wasn't working on a Windows 11 update.

🔥 NEW FEATURES:

  • File upload email notification. You can now set "No" or "Yes" to file upload email notifications.
  • Project Templates: You can now add milestones/Phases, and attach tasks to those right from the template so they are all connected when you create a new project.

🛠️ NEW IMPROVEMENTS INITIATED:

  • On a paid Invoice, It will Indicate the status of that Invoice and show a $0 balance at the bottom of the Invoice.
  • All status', Sales categories, and Location Codes are now alphabetized automatically.
  • Removed the 30-day visual restriction on tasks where tasks 30 days old would not show up on the task list or task board.

⏰ UPCOMING + STATUS:

  • Zapier Integration. Technically done, but waiting to push live after we do more testing.
  • ACH payments! Specifically though our stripe Integration. Waiting on our Security clearance (haha, that sounds cool).
  • Bookings/Meetings: The calendly alternative Is almost complete with our re-vamp of the system for performance. We will let you know when we re-launch It, however should be within a week from today.
  • Indema University: We are coming out with a suite of courses and a centralized community of designers! Indema users will have access to a set amount of courses for free, but there will be courses available for purchase. ETA on releasing Indema university Is February 2022.   • MARKETING SUITE! We are nearly done with our marketing suite. Here Is a breakdown of everything that will be Included. This will be an add-on to the Indema app and a price has yet to be figured out, but due to the extensiveness of this section It will not follow the standard add-on price structure. (ETA: Mid-January depending on Facebook accepting our API application) Here's what Is Included In the Marketing Suite:
  1. Schedule, and post to Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google My Business, Instagram, Youtube, and Pinterest.
  2. Facebook Chatbot to allow you to automate your communication with potential clients who are on your Facebook page. Facebook Ads management - Facebook Ads Manager allows you manage in the best way the ads on Facebook, Facebook Marketplace, Facebook Messenger, Instagram.
  3. Schedule pre-recorded videos to show on Facebook as a Live video.
  4. Indema Stream: The Stream app provides an original way to monitor all your online activity in a single page. You can see in real time all your emails, private messages on social networks, comments, RSS’s posts and you can interacte with them.
  5. Socialytics: Allows you to see Insights and analytics for your Facebook business page, Instagram business account and twitter.
  6. Smart Repost allows you to re-post content (with credit) from other accounts on Instagram, facebook and twitter.
  7. Canva Integration - Import your creations from Canva and schedule them to all social media.

⭐ CURRENTLY WORKING ON:

  • XERO integration (No ETA)
  • Task productivity where you can rate each task for your projects, and it will (based on that rating) be able to tell you which tasks to focus on given the rating as well as considering time. (No ETA)
  • New File manager and project files User Interface. (No ETA)
  • Quickbooks: We are working on the ability to create a custom chart of accounts after the UI is complete this week. (No ETA)
  • inbound and outbound email capabilities with automation. (DELAYED TO JANUARY)
  • Specifications Module (DELAYED TO MARCH)
  • Product Tracking and Procurement module (DELAYED TO APRIL)
